Geir Wing Gabrielsen

GeirGeir is a research scientist and ecotoxicology co-ordinator with the Norwegian Polar Institute in Tromsø Norway. Also, in May, he will become Professor II at University Cources at Svalbard. From 2001-2005 Geir was the Acting Research Director of the Norwegian Polar Institute. Geir has also worked with the Norwegian Institute for Nature Research, and spent time at the University of California, first as a research associate, and then as a research scholar. Geir did his studies in Zoophysiology at the University of Tromsø, and is also qualified as a professor in comparative physiology.
